Yes! We do offer custom design requests for those who want something more personal. What’s your shipping and return policy for design items?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 3–7 business days. You'll receive tracking details once your item is on its way. Shipping times vary based on your location, but we work hard to ensure your package arrives quickly and safely.
For returns: Because most of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or there's an error on our part. If you have any issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to make it right
